Lewes Racecourse Carnival Day - Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations

As part of the 50th Anniversary of the Lewes Racecourse Closure, A Carnival will be held at the old Lewes Races. At 12 o’clock a Grand Parade will start, led by some beautiful horses and followed by costume people dressed from the Georgian period to the Swinging Sixties then 100 vintage cars from around the 1900 period to 1964 followed by the Mods and Rockers on bikes.
The Parade will start from Brook Street and will make its way through the town toward the old Races until it arrives at the old Lewes Racecourse to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of its closure. Click Here For More Details.
