Proms In The Paddock CSBS - Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations

This unique and hugely popular event is organised by the Commercial Square Bonfire Society and is held each year in Lewes, the County town of Sussex. The event features a raft of popular tunes from the Lewes Glynde and Beddingham Brass Band on a purpose built stage at the north end of the Paddock playing fields. The grand finale sees a fantastic firework display by CSBS to Tchaikovsky’s famous 1812 overture.
They will be joined this year by the Littlehampton Concert Band, a local community Band serving Littlehampton and the surrounding area. The aim of the band is to make music in a fun and interactive way and they enjoy putting on concerts and playing at a number of events around West Sussex. The event this year falls on Saturday 2nd August with gates opening from 5pm. Tickets for Proms in the Paddock will be available from a number of outlets in Lewes and also from the Proms in the Paddock Website.
