W.B.S. : Annual Fete - Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations

At the W.B.S. Annual Fete, There will be a Fully Licensed Beer Tent with Live music, Hog roast and BBQ, Dotty’s Diner with cakes, shakes, coffees and teas, Hands on History Group Re-inactment and Education, A Grand Draw with £150 1st prize, A Coconut Shy, Tin Can Alley, Pick a Straw, Pick a Lolly, Skittles, Swing Boats, Face Painting, Tombola, Lucky Dart, Treasure Hunt, Sweet Stall, Candy Floss, and many other stalls and games. Also there will be The Waterloo Pipe and Drum Band, The Amazing Pentacle Drummers, The Dance Academy and The Chilli Challenge.
There will be an opening Parade, Starting at Market Lane aproximately 12.30pm,
Accompanied by the Mayor and with many banners and costumes, This year they will be joined by Lewes and Ringmer Cubs and Scouts as well as the Lewes Dance Academy who will be dancing through the streets with them. Anyone can join in, so if you want to, meet them in Market Lane from 11.15am.
The parade will take the following route : From Market Lane, Right on to Market Street, on to High Street, Right on to Fisher Street at Cross roads, Up Fisher Street, Left at Mount Pleasant, on to White Hill then left at Paddock Road on to the Paddock Playing fields. Starts Midday 17th June at The Paddock, Paddock Lane, Lewes BN7 1TW. A fantastic fund raising event for the Waterloo Bonfire Society Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations.
